Shipping Policy
Orders are currently being shipped 7-10 Business days after order date. We strive our hardest to make sure your order ships within that time frame. Please note during times of high volume orders may more10 business days to process.
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and UPS. We offer $4.50 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders. Free Shipping is offered on orders over $55.
For customers needing their items sooner, we do offer rush order shipping. With this service orders are guaranteed to be processed and shipped within 3 business days and be shipped through UPS using their 2nd day air service. Express shipping can be purchased at checkout.
We are unable to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders as all orders are shipped individually.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Little Lopers will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to Little Lopers due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
When we deliver your package to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. That means packages marked as delivered, but 'not received', or packages lost in transit are the customer’s responsibility to locate. We are not able to issue refunds on lost packages.
International Shipping
We are able to ship to most countries worldwide, eligibility can be determined at checkout when entering your address. Little Lopers will not be responsible, nor are we able to calculate, customs duties and fees that may applicable when shipping merchandise outside of the USA. As the purchaser you accept on behalf of yourself any fees or duties assessed on shipments leaving the USA. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
